List prices, before discounts. Combining modules lowers them, and so does headcount, so £2.25 is the most anyone pays per module, never the least. Your actual rate is on the right.
Terminals are a one-off cost
Add the units you need and they appear in your quote. Most sites start with one at the main entrance.

Installation
Optional. We fit and commission each unit, or you can do it yourself at no cost. The first unit covers the visit, and additional units are £91 each within 25 miles of the postcode you give us. Anything further out we quote separately. The figure below is an estimate, the firm price comes after a quick site check.

What you will not pay for
Prices on this page exclude VAT. Here is what else is, and is not, on the invoice.
- Rounding up. You are billed on your exact number of active employees, from a minimum of 10. No bands or bundles that push the bill to the next step.
- Getting started. Onboarding and data migration are included.
- Being locked in. No fixed term. You can leave with three months' notice.
- Hardware you do not need yet. Staff can clock in from a phone or a browser. Terminals are optional.
- Full price for taking more. Two modules save 15%, all three save 25%, and volume discounts start at 15 employees.

What the travel element costs
First unit covers the visit. Each additional unit is £91 when it sits within 25 miles of that postcode, beyond that we quote the rollout. Estimated in your browser. The postcode is not sent anywhere.

Common questions about pricing
How is ClockedInOne priced?
Per active employee, per month, by module. Time & Attendance, Rostering and HR are priced separately, and you can take any combination of them. Running two together earns a discount, and all three earns a larger one. Multi-site deployments, RLDatix Optima integration and biometric hardware are quoted separately.
Are there setup fees?
Onboarding and data migration are included. Custom development is quoted separately with fixed pricing agreed before any build starts.
Can we add or remove modules later?
Yes. Add a module when you need it and the combination discount applies from that point. Billing follows active employee count, so it moves with your headcount.
Is there a minimum contract?
No fixed term. Subscriptions run month to month and either side can end one with three months’ written notice, during which the service continues as normal.
Is there an API?
Yes. A documented REST API is available, and custom integrations to any REST-based system can be built.
